Tom Grimaldi
Fixer, Builder, Lifelong Learner
Tom Grimaldi started Your Concierge with a simple mission: to bring trustworthy, people-first service back into homes and purpose back into the lives of those who deliver it.
At 61, Tom is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, a two-time graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, and a lifelong learner who still believes in rolling up his sleeves. He earned his General Contractor license to stay close to the work, an MIT certificate in blockchain to stay sharp, and a Black Belt in Organizational AI Transformation to build smarter systems, including his Legal AI Agent department.
But more than the credentials, Tom brings something personal to this work. He’s seen how older professionals are often overlooked, how everyday homeowners struggle to find help they can trust, and how service workers need a fairer, more dignified model. Your Concierge is his answer.
A fluent Spanish speaker with deep ties across cultures and communities, Tom has spent decades living and working in Latin America, Europe, and Colorado. He’s a competitive master athlete, an unapologetic tinkerer, and the neighbor who always says, “I’ve got it—don’t call a contractor.”
