If you've still got the skill but the heavy lifting's wearing thin — or you're just starting out — read on.

We’re building a team where the wisest hands and the freshest ones work side by side. Both belong here.

The bigger idea

The trades have a problem. We’re trying to solve it.

The trades are hard on a body. Skilled tradespeople in their 50s and 60s — people with decades of judgment in their hands — too often walk away from the work simply because the lifting gets to be too much. At the same time, younger crew are entering the trades with plenty of energy but no one to learn from.

Your Concierge is built around pairing the two. Real mentorship. Real respect for experience. Real opportunity for the people coming up. That’s the team we’re building.

A note from Tom

If you’ve still got the skill but the trade’s been wearing on you — or you want to learn from someone who’s been at it for decades — I’d really like to meet you.

This isn’t a gig platform. It isn’t a dispatch app. It’s a team. Send the application and we’ll talk.

— Tom
