Tom Grimaldi
Fixer · Builder · Lifelong Learner
Tom’s a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, a two-time graduate of the Colorado School of Mines, and a competitive master athlete who still trains like he has something to prove — because he does. The man can’t sit still.
He earned his General Contractor license to stay close to the work. An MIT certificate in blockchain to stay sharp. A Black Belt in Organizational AI Transformation to build the kind of systems most contractors don’t bother with — including the AI tools that run our scheduling and back-office work, so the people on your house can focus on your house.
After decades living and working across Latin America, Europe, and Colorado — and conversations in fluent Spanish across every one of them — Tom kept noticing the same two problems. The trades are losing their most experienced people. And homeowners can’t find anyone they can trust.
